a state, condition, or instance of serious or continued difficulty.  I think it’s safe to say we overcame the subject of this blog today (right Taylor?).  I think, other than DD this is the farthest any of us have ran.  It seemed as if everyone did extremely well, which is awesome!  I’m having trouble uploading my Nike+ data, so when that gets up there you’ll be able to see that we ran our 9 (8.84, I guess I need to re-calibrate) in 1hr 31min…around a 10:20 min mile.  Not too shabby.  I’m all about intermediate goals leading up to this thing, but my overall goal is just to finish so I’m keeping that in mind and not worrying about a fast pace.

I’m pumped to have this run under my belt, we only have 7 miles again next Saturday, which is a little hard to understand, but whatever.  Then we bump up to 11 the following Saturday.  So I think this next two weeks will be pretty smooth sailing.  Now, it’s time to kick back and watch the cats whoop some gamecock butt.   Go blue!
